The Stockport Governors Conference 2015 is now open for booking. Following last year’s sell out event and the positive feedback we received, we’ve decided not to change anything: same venue, same speakers/workshops, same food (re-heated obviously), and same AGM. We have decided to remove the road works from the main road, however.
Obviously, not all of the above is true, but you will have to come along to find out for yourselves.
This year the theme is “The Changing Face of Our Schools” and we have got an exciting set of workshops to help us become better governors, both individually and collectively, and to face the challenges ahead, with a specific focus on issues that Stockport as a whole need to improve on.
Last year’s conference was full, with over 150 delegates, so please book early, and we look forward to welcoming you at Marple Hall High School on Saturday 7th March.
